Important Message to my Clients
& Prospective Clients Concerning eMail.

You will never receive an email from me that is not real estate related. I only send email to people that come to my website and ask for listings, school reports, CMA value of your home and/or subscribe to my eNewsletter.

There are many folks out there stealing email addresses off the internet and sending out emails as if they are coming from the individual listed in the FROM: section of the email. These emails are not real estate related and are of a varying subject matter. In fact some have attachments to them that are in reality viruses. Do not ever open an attachment unless you know it is coming from the individual sending it to you.

I wanted to make sure you did not think these emails were coming from me. The fact of the matter is I even receive these fake emails from my different email addresses sent to me. I just hit the delete key.

Sorry for any inconvenience but it is not me sending those emails.
