Just  a few words to tell you what a tremendous help you've been to us in our relocation to Tampa... The preparation that you did behind the scenes reflected your ability to  really listen and get a feel  for what we were looking for.  You were able to zero in on areas and houses that were appropriate with in the parameters we specified, both financially and geographically.  We had only two days to spend in Tampa, and, during that time, you really maximized the whole house hunting experience without wasting our time.  You gave us an extensive education about the area, pointing out places of interest to us--restaurants, furniture stores, beaches, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater--by the time we left, we had fallen in love with the city as well as the house.

When we went to closing, we were a little concerned about all of the details we had to address.  To our surprise, there were no snafus at all!  The closing went as smooth as silk.

After the transaction was complete, you were still interested in helping us to get situated and your willingness to do the things that we were unable to do for ourselves (such as letting the mattress delivery guys in, and being there to accept the FedEx items we needed to ship)  really set you apart from any realtor we've ever known or even HEARD of before.

Anyone who is either moving or looking for a home to buy in Tampa Bay area, I recommend that they should visit Tom's real estate web site (http://www.realestatetom.com/) and get in contact with him immediately. His web site is full of information about the area, comprehensive search engine for listing, and a lot educational help.  Tom is not only a good friend but he was also my realtor when I bought a house in Tampa.  He is honest, very professional, and very thorough. Tom helped us buy a home and some years latter sell that home.  You are in good hand with Tom.

When I was shopping for a house, I had other Realtors® say… “Don’t tell me anything that you don't want the seller to know because I represent the transaction.”  That was pure baloney.

Pick a side!  If an agent is a professional, it doesn't matter which side they take.  Any agent that says he or she 'represents the transaction' is 100% interchangeable with any other agent that says the same thing.  These 'transaction brokers' are overpaid clerks.  They are representing only themselves, and in my opinion do a disservice to both the buyer and the seller.

I was looking for an agent who represents me, and I found him in Tom Scaglione.  Tom is a Professional Realtor® and will take a side, either side, and he will see that his Client's interests are protected and well served.
